Peter has been part of the Charlottesville restaurant scene since 1997. He is an active member of the Virginia Restaurant Lodging Tourism Association and spends his time away from Maya lobbying for the restaurant industry, painting, fishing, playing music and enjoying his beautiful daughter, Lourdes.

Peter strives to create a family environment in an effort to forge lasting relationships that create a comfortable and relaxing experience.  It's all about the day to day and the little things make the difference. Enjoy every moment!!!
